Kids - They merried the CNY (=

Its been long since Vivio last updated her blog. Wasn't in a right mood so better off not writting than keeping tonnes of entries that truly depressing.

Time flies...All I remember what I did throughout the new year (perhaps every new year) is getting Angpow, eat, eat, eat and eat nevertheless drink drink drink and drink. This has been the same since years. I spent most of the time with family and not much on friends. Frankly, Its rather bored BUT this year, Im loving to be with the family. Reason being, I have 3 new members in the family. >.<

My family was dominant by young boys and middle-aged ladies. Whenever we have reunion dinner, you can imagine my whole gang of aunties chit chatting and gossiping non-stop while another whole table of boys'll be talking about football or their working/study stuff..While for gals, 3 of us just sit there and drink.

With the existence of my nephews and niece, I seriously feel that they added so much livelihood and laughter to the reunion dinner. It signifies hope and a dream of possibilities for the family. Im not sure its because me myself loving kids or they seriously did, I just enjoyed the dinner so much. Never coz the food, partly coz the drink, and mainly coz the people.

I was seriously wondering how my child'll look like after I saw them. While I was daydreaming about all these things, reality somehow hits me with the fact that Im still far beyond what I has been always wishing for. Perhaps, I wont be able to be a mom; if I happen to be one, I guess Im no longer a good mom.

Food @ Victoria Station + The Ship

Cyrus finally paid me a visit after ten thousand promises. Taking it as a belated birthday celebration or whatever it is, I'm happy that he just finally here.

We went to Victoria Station, PJ for dinner, a great meal indeed but we had that at 10pm, a dining time which contributes significantly to obesity. Yet, we still placed our order which listed with 1 spicy oxtail soup, 1/2 dozen of oysters, fresh lobsters that weights 800grammes and 1 Sirloin Steak which served with lightly salted butter on breads and salads.

I find the oxtail soup taste quite okay but this is the first oxtail soup I had and I'm not really into that perhaps I should not be making any comment here. However, the oysters are seriously not fresh. The way it served look nice but its really not fresh. If you wish to try the fresh one, I would suggest you to visit Jagoya which located at Starhill.

The Sirloin Steak was nice. Sirloin steak is a steak cut from the hip. Hence, it tends to be less tough and resulting in a higher price tag. We want in to be in medium which has to be grilled in 57.2 degree celcius only which results in the middle of the steak is hot and red with pink surrounding the center but the outside is gray-brown.

The dish I love most is the fresh lobster. The manager allowed us to choose the lobster on our own and priced it with the weighting. The one that we had is moderate and it is around 800grammes. I forgotten how much it costs for a gramme but it is around RM150++ for 800grammes. It was served with half cheese and half BBQ sauce. A cheese lover like me will definitely prefer the cheese part more. *wink*

The dinner ended around 12am and we just get back and sleep. Guess what?? The next day, we still went to The Ship at Jalan Bukit Bintang for lunch after such a heavy meal. We ordered 1/2 dozen of Escargots Bourguinonne, 4 slices of Garlic Bread, 1 Grilled Air Flown Fresh Salmon Steak and 1 Phoenix Neptune Combo this time.

I strongly recomend Escargots Bourguinonne if you happen to dine in The Ship next time especially if you are a cheese lover like me. We even use the garlic breads to dip on the left over cheese on the Escargots and it tastes real awesome. *yummy*

Since I don't usually have fish in KL, I ordered the Salmon Steak. Its Air flown Norweigian fish garnished with parsley butter, served with french fries and mini salad. It taste fine when served it with lemon and tartar sauce. For the Phoenix Neptune Combo, it is a combination of king prawns and chicken fillet topped with gravy and served on a sizzling hot plate with corn on cob, french fries and a bowl of salad. The chicken fillet taste okay but the failure on this dish is on the king prawns. You can know that the prawn wasn't fresh at all when you had a bite on it. The texture is bad and the prawns do not even have the taste of prawns. Just bad~

We went for a walk around Bukit Bintang area after lunch. It was crowded and heaty there thus we left after a while time. I'm seriously very happy for his visit. Not just for the food, his companion and nevertheless my birhday present~> Christian Dior - J'adore Eau de Parfume ^-^ Yes!~ I finally owned it. I love that scent so much and was checking on it since I saw the advertisement by Charlize Theron but it was rather pricey for me to afford.

A great applause to dear Cyrus for paying such visit and I wish to thank him for everything. I had a great time for that 24hours and I seriously enjoy it. *muacks* haha..*wink*

Birthday Bash!~ Part II

Yes, my Birthday Bash actually has Part II even its during exam time. Thats the reason why I screwed up my Equity paper that badly, nearly cried when I get the question. *sobz* Well, we just leave that miserable part aside and start with the Part II of Birthday Bash. (=

Sharp 12am of 10th Nov, I heard people knocking on my door. To my surprise, it was Kelly, Yang and Andrew. Kelly told me that she was with Chihuahua, Yang said he was with his sister and Andrew was in a family dinner BUT they are all at my door front when the clock strikes 12 with my favourite Baskin's Rum & Raisins. ^.^ I was so touched. I cant really celebrate birthday this year so I told them that I cant blow candles but brilliant Yang come out with the idea of blowing lighter instead. YES, ITS LIGHTER!!! haha.. I look so 'ah sum' wif my fringe clips up and hair buns up so not gonna upload any picture to scare people here.=p They were at my place for an hour and leave me with my Equity since I gonna have exam at 3pm. I didnt study anywhere, was too excited and busy chatting with people who greets me.

I feel like flying high above the sky once I handed up the miserable Equity paper (eventhough I did badly) =p Celebration was continued with my dear Chloe, Geok Geok, Cindy and Loke for Shabu-shabu. Yes, I have Shabu-Shabu twice for 22nd Birthday but I took some pictures this time.

After the dinner, everyone starts to crap alot as if we are drunk. In fact, we are not drinking any liquor, perhaps it is the effect of MSG+Coke that makes people drunk as Cindy claimed it to be. We then try to search for a bar which enables us to sit down and chat but seems like Kajang nor Sg. Chua is yet to be that happening. We only found few spots that look rather scary (looks more like brothel) and we ended up traveled till Sg. Long. Suits our theme of "Jalan-jalan cari makan"

Its karaoke session after dinner and drinking. It was around 11.30pm when we reach the karaoke but somehow we still decided to go in for 2hours. We had twice karaoke in a week, wonder thats due to overstress or we just too good in loitering.

Thanks to Chloe, Geok, Cindy+Loke and nevertheless Chris for my birthday present. The birthday card is so cute and the gift is awesome. Love you guys, I had a wonderful time. Know you guys had been cracking your head on my birthday present and I wanted to tell you that Im loving that alot. *huggies*

After having a series of celebration, Vivio is now officially 22years old. Getting mature?? Better?? Hope Im or at least I'll be. But something I had manage to learn during this birthday is~> Appreciate each and every friends (I mean those who true to you) and you'll realize how much they can actually paint your life. I feel real lucky to have all these friends, they had always be by myside, watching me laugh, seeing me cry, witnessed how I broke down and supporting me till Im strong again to stand still. You people made my days.

Once again, special thanks to Kelly, Yang, Andrew, Chloe, Geok Chin, Cindy, Loke and Chris. *muacks* Nevertheless, thanks to everyone who wishes me happy birthday either at facebook, friendster, MSN or SMS. *huggies*
Curtains close.

Birthday Bash!~ Part I

Due to the fact that its gonna be her 22nd birthday SOON hence Vivio is posting what she had been happily up with instead of having depressing entries at such time. Yes, her birthday is SOON..but she already have a series of celebration even ITS EXAM PERIOD!!! *wink*

First celebration was kick started with my dear bro, Keith. Only my bro and I =) Both of us were separated since young and now when we always hang out together, we look more like couple rather than siblings. We have quite alike feature but somehow we don't look alike. I have a much more chubby face than he is, slightly bigger and longer eyes while he has a higher and straighter nostril and a pointer chin.

We meet up for Quantum of Solace (a disappointing movie) and spent a whole day together. Cant believe that he gave me a grey colour soft bear photo frame and an unique love key chain as my birthday gift. It looks more like a gift from boyfriend than a gift from brother.

We then dine at a place called BBQ Chicken where its specialities is to cook with healthy olive oil and we ordered 2 sets of kids meal. Yea, kids meal where it was being served with bears printed on plates. We then off to Secret Recipe for ice-cream brownies and 2 slices of cakes.

Second celebration was with my dear friends, Andrew, Yang, Angel and my lesbo partner- Kelly Lee. =) We went for Shabu-Shabu at Puchong. I was too excited and also hungry to see so much of food and first thing that came to my mind is just to swallow all of them down to warm my tummy and forget to take any picture of them.. I believe none of you will be interested to see those food after process, right?? *bluek*

It was a sudden plan of Andrew that the celebration will extent to Poppy after our dinner. The reason for partying is due to my personal message in MSN which stated that Im in urgent need of liquor. *wink* I drank quite a lot that night but somehow I realize that the more I drink, and hoping that I'll be drunk, the more sober I was ended up. Kelly, Angel and I was kinda like having a threesome show for everyone and seems that guys do enjoy that alot. *sigh*

While we were busy entertaining ourselves and have fun, our poor Andrew was busy coughing his lung out. Pity him. Anyway, special thanks to Andrew and so does Yang, Kelly and Angel for the companion that night. I seriously enjoy it alot.

All these will be put into a comma (not a fullstop yet as my birthday is actually on 10th) with the existence of my Equity Law paper on my birthday that pulls me back to reality that I shud be sitting for examination at this time instead of playing like what im doing now!!! *sigh* Gotta get going with equity..Hope I don't do that bad for this semester.
