Watched a movie tiltled "He's Just Not That Into You" and Im so loving it. ^^ It has a real funny, meaningful and touching storyline. The movie examined the doubts and conflicts that usually arise in love and relationship, giving examples of what's the rule and what's the exception. This is different from those happily ever after love story that we used to watch and I'll give a rate 5/5 for the movie. Here are some very classic lines from the movie:-(1) We are all programmed to believe that if a guy acts like a total jerk that means he likes you.
(2) I may dissect each little thing and put myself out there so much but at least that means that I still care. Oh! You've think you won because women are expendable to you. You may not get hurt or make an ass of yourself that way but you don't fall in love that way either. You have not won. You're alone. I may do a lot of stupid shit but I'm still a lot closer to love than you are.
(3) If a guy treats you like he doesn't give a sh*t, it's because he doesn't give a shit.
(4) If a guy doesn't call you, he doesn't want to call you.
(5) Girls are taught a lot of stuff growing up: if a boy punches you he likes you, never try to trim your own bangs, and someday you will meet a wonderful guy and get your very own happy ending. every movie we see, every story we're told implores us to wait for it: the third act twist, the unexpected declaration of love, the exception to the rule. but sometimes we're so focused on finding our happy ending we don't learn how to read the signs. how to tell the ones who want us from the ones who don't, the ones who will stay and the ones who will leave. and maybe a happy ending doesn't include a guy, maybe it's you, on your own, picking up the pieces and starting over, freeing yourself up for something better in the future. maybe the happy ending is just moving on. or maybe the happy ending is this: knowing after all the unreturned phone calls and broken-hearts, through the blunders and misread signals, through all the pain and embarrassment... you never gave up hope.
From the quotes above, try check the love signs you are getting and see whether those are rules or exceptions. I laughed and I cried. Perhpas, you should consider bringing your special one for the movie and discuss about it as well!!~

I dont think i can watch it here, if i make it back in time, maybe i'll catch it in KL. Plus a pair of my fav actor & actress are in the movie, so i would try to catch it.
As for the rules, I disagree with No.1, i dont think guys act like jerks when they like a girl, they act silly and clingy. No.2's an opinion, but i dont think one has to act silly to fall in love, many other emotions can also lead to love.
No.3 is correct, No.4 is 80% correct...
No.5 carries a deeper meaning than it seems, i must say. But i do agree, one's happy ending is what one decides is the happy ending, everyone can make their own choice...
